Exact relativistic models of perfect fluid disks in a magnetic field    [PDF]

Using the well-known "displace, cut and reflect" method we construct thin disks made of a perfect fluid in presence of a magnetic field. The models are based in a simple solution of Schwarzschild type magnetostatic Einstein-Maxwell equations in isotropic coordinates. A extension of the Rayleigh criterion is used for derivate the stability condition of the disks against perturbations in the radial direction. We also analysis the motion of charged test particles around of the disks. We constructed models of disk satisfying all the energy conditions.
