In this paper we investigated charge static black holes in 4D for generalized teleparallel models of gravity, based on torsion as the geometric object for description gravity following equivalence principle. As a motivated idea we introduces non diagonal tetrads frame and derived full system of non linear differential equations. We proved that the common Schwarzschild gauge is applicable only when we studied constant torsion solutions, the solution which described by generalized Maxwell-Schwarzschild de Sitter spacetime. For constant torsion, we motivated a model of teleparallel gravity corrected by a quadratic term of torsion as an ultraviolet (UV) modified model which it dominated in high energy limit specially in inflationary era. We obtained an exact family of charged black holes, which it's horizon structure is very similar to Schwarzschild de Sitter spacetime in general relativity. Away from Schwarzschild gauge, we find a charge free solution which it corresponds to Schwarzschild metric. No go theorem also studied in the frame of this modified teleparallel gravity in details.
