We summarize the main features of a class of asymptotically flat \emph{anomalous} non Schwarzschild-like gravitational configurations in non-linear electrodynamics (NED) defined as arbitrary functions of the two field invariants and constrained by some physical admissibility conditions. This class of lagrangian densities and their associated black hole (BH) solutions are characterized by the behaviours of the associated lagrangian densities for electrostatic spherically symmetric solutions (ESS) on vacuum and at the boundary of their domain of definition.
