We provide a class of solutions to the initial value constraints of General Relativity, subject to a gauge-fixing condition leaving four freely specifiable functions per point. The functions are all parametrized by a single function of spacetime, which can be seen as a time variable with respect to which the remaining phase space variables evolve. These solutions constitute a new sector of the reduced phase space of full, 4 dimensional gravity.
