Cyclic Universe in Model with Non-positively Defined Higgs Potential [PDF]
I. Ya. Aref'eva, N. V. Bulatov, R. V. GorbachevWe study dynamics of a scalar field with the non-positively defined Higgs potential non-minimally coupled to gravity. We find a solution corresponding to the cyclic Universe and calculate a period of oscillations. Upon a special choice of parameters we conclude that some interval of the evolution of the cyclic solution can represent an inflationary stage of the Universe evolution.View original: http://arxiv.org/abs/1206.2801
