We report that all the modified theories of gravity capable of resolving the missing mass problem enhance the gravitational field at the submicrometer ranges within the Solar gravitational saddle points. Provided that a probe is sent to the gravitational saddle point of the Sun-Jupiter system and kept there for sufficient amount of time, and micrometer gravity reaches the sensitivity of measuring gravitational acceleration of around $10^{-12} \frac{m}{s^2}$, and the Newton's constant can be measured through analyzing the behavior of gravity at micrometer ranges, then measuring the behavior of gravity at micrometer ranges within the gravitational saddle point of the Sun-Jupiter system directly proves or refutes the approach of modified theories of gravity to the missing mass problem in galaxies. In other words implementing this experiment indirectly proves or refutes the presence of dark matter.
